Good afternoon and thanks so much for the post! In order to use an international SIM card, your device would need to be unlocked. If you're interested in this, you would need to meet the following criteria: • Non-ASL (customers with spending limit cannot have device unlocked) • Account 90 days or older (new accounts must remain in good standing for at least 90 days before device can be unlocked) • Good standing (account cannot be in collection status or hotlined, customer must make payment/bring account current before device can be unlocked) • No previous iPhone unlocked or contract term of unlocked device met. If previous device unlocked, then contract term must be met before additional devices can be unlocked (example: if customer purchased 4S and had it unlocked but did not fulfill contract term for 4S, then 5 can’t be unlocked until the contract term is up – one unlock per contract term) • Device purchased from Sprint – devices from another carrier/vendor cannot be unlocked • Customers can only have as many devices unlocked as the lines on their account – if an account has 10 lines, then only 10 devices unlocked.
